By downloading or using Next Card, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.

The service

Next Card is an app published by Noki LLC that lets you view and organize your own Basecamp Card Tables. It requires a Basecamp account, which you authorize through Basecamp's own sign-in. Next Card is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by 37signals, LLC.

Your account and data

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Basecamp account and your device. You may only use Next Card to access data you are authorized to access in Basecamp. Your use of Basecamp remains governed by 37signals' own terms.

Subscriptions and payment

Next Card is free to start. A full plan is available as an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly) purchased through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings. A team plan may be offered separately via the web and billed through Stripe.

Acceptable use

  • Don't use the app to violate any law or the rights of others.
  • Don't attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt the app or its backend, or to access data you aren't authorized to access.
  • Don't reverse engineer the app except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

Intellectual property

The Next Card app, its name, and its design are owned by Noki LLC. Your Basecamp content remains yours. "Basecamp" is a trademark of 37signals, LLC, used here only to describe compatibility.

Disclaimer of warranties

Next Card is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will always be able to sync with Basecamp, whose API may change or become unavailable.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noki LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app.

Termination

You may stop using Next Card at any time by signing out and deleting the app. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
